Biltmore Financial Center

Biltmore Financial Center, designed by Charles Chalmers MacLean III, Architect, Ltd., consists of three Class-A office building on located at the northwest corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road. DAVIS was commissioned to revitalize the 635,000 sf campus focusing specifically on wayfinding, building lobbies and restrooms, outdoor plazas, spec suites, a fitness center and tenant lounge.

Bold new address signage differentiates the buildings as a wayfinding tool and creates an energized sense of arrival. The plaza was redeveloped with a new water feature, a new landscape palette, and lightweight structures offering a variety of socializing, collaboration and work options. The spec suites range in size from 1,600 sf to 11,000 sf. Each are designed with modern entries and flexibility to suit many different types of companies. The 4,400 sf fitness center received upgraded equipment, new restrooms, and a new fitness room. The 3,500-sf tenant lounge has a conference room, media, co-working, and food service capabilities.
